Although the villas are far away from the hotel and directly on the beach, with absolute privacy, villa owners can visit the restaurants of the hotel, the spa, the diving center, watersport center, fishing, etc for a special price. It is also possible to book a Chef or a butler from the hotel, for a whole day or only for dinner.

All villa owners together have established the "Desroches Villa Owner Association" that negotiates contracts for service, costs for water and electricity, etc.

An owner of the Seychelles villa, you also can agree a contract with the hotel for servicing the villa all year round, or you can do it by yourself or your staff. The service contract includes cleaning the villa, servicing the garden, elctrical repairs, plumbing and other day to day problems.

There is also an existing a "Rental Pool" managed by the hotel. The rental pool gives you the option to rent your villa for the time you don´t need it by yourself.

The island Desroches is 6 x 1,5km, part of the Outer Islands, and 240km south of Mahe. There are daily flights from Mahe to Desroches and back, the time of flight is about 35-40 min.

Half of the island is a nature reserve, only with palm trees, Casuarina trees, etc. There is also a nature reserve station with scientists, watching the breeding of the tortoise, the sea turtles, the seabirds, and the underwater world. At the moment there are about 40 tortoise on the island. It is beautiful to explore the island by bike. The whole island is surrounded by a white sandy beach.

The Seychelle's government does´t sell land in the Outer islands. It is only possible to get a sublease for the land for 70 years. The 70 year sublease, which can be extended on expiry, is already paid for and documented in the Title Deed.
